Make sure you have the latest app version installed.
How do I make an experience work offline?
In the top menu, select Settings and enable Offline Mode.
I’m having issues with offline mode
Go to Settings in the top menu and check if Offline Mode is enabled. If it isn’t, activate it and then reload the app under Navigation.
My experience is not updating properly
Make sure your device is connected to the internet. Then, in the top menu, select Settings and click Clear cache.
I’m getting a black screen when loading an experience
Wait a few minutes. If nothing appear, go to Navigation and select Reload. Your experience should display correctly.
